Kopi Siew Dai Kaya Gu Yu at Tiff’s

A light and airy Chicory nut and Kopi génoise cake with lashings of an aromatic home-made Kaya and silvers of Gu Yu (butter lah!) sandwiched in the centre. This kopi tiam inspired cake is smothered with a light butterfly pea flower hued Kahlua cream. Fork yeah! Who says you can’t have cake for breakfast?

How we work
Fork It will announce weekly menus and bakes on Sundays with limited quantity for the following week’s Thursday, Friday and Saturday. So watch out for that (along with the weight you’re most likely to gain) and punch your orders in through our website. We cannot bake and sell everyday, ok? … because we still have regular corporate jobs to do!
