01. Where do I find your menu?

Our menu varies and changes every week. Every Sunday we will update the website with available Bakes and inventory.

02. Why is the Bake I want not available?

We are a boutique home baking business and so the menu varies each week and quantities are limited.

03. How do I know when the menu is released?

We will announce on FB and IG once it has been done (randomly between 10am to 3pm). Please follow us on our social media platforms to be kept updated. Alternatively, you can send a text “Fork Yeah” to opt-in to our WhatsApp broadcast. Please remember that you will need to save our number 8874 8262 to be able to receive the Whatsapp broadcast.

04. What time do you release your menu on Sunday?

Randomly between 10am to 3pm.

05. Where do I pick up my Bakes from?

We operate from 3 kitchens; Bedok North, Marine Parade and Tampines. Depending on the Bakes, your pick up location can be Bedok North, Marine Parade and/or Tampines.

06. Can I specify which kitchen I want to pick up from?

No, for us to bake efficiently, the 3 kitchens do not duplicate efforts and bake different things on the menu for the week. Depending on the Bakes, your pick up location can be Bedok North, Marine Parade and/or Tampines.

07. How do I pre-order?

We do not take pre-orders as the menu varies week to week. We only know what we are going to offer closer to date. Additionally as quantity is limited , we want to ensure that everyone has a fair shake at ordering their Bakes.

08. How do I order for Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday?

We only bake for Thursday, Friday and Saturday. There is no Bakes available on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. We still have our corporate jobs to tend to you know? 🙂

09. I have opted for Self Collect, what time do I pick my bakes up?

2pm to 6pm.

10. Can I self collect my bakes earlier or later outside of the stipulated 2-6pm slot?

This is subject to availability, and not guaranteed. Please contact us to check.

11. What are your standard delivery hours?

2pm to 6pm.

12. Can I get my order delivered earlier or later?

Yes, you can select an earlier delivery of 10am-2pm or later delivery of 6pm-10pm at $30 for islandwide deliveries and $35 for Sentosa. For a Specific Time delivery, it is $40 for island wide deliveries and $45 for Sentosa.

13. Can my Bakes be delivered on another day instead?

No. Bakes for Thursdays will be delivered on Thursday. Same for Fridays and Saturdays. This is because we have limited space to keep the Bakes.

14. Can I consolidate my order from different days and have them all delivered on one day?

No. Bakes for Thursdays will be delivered on Thursday. Same for Fridays and Saturdays. This is because we have limited space to keep the Bakes and subjected to inventory available.

15. Is there free delivery?

For orders over $90 on the same day and location, delivery is free.

16. How long can I keep Your Lost Cherry?

Keeps really well in the fridge for up to 4 days.

17. When will I receive an email confirmation for my order?

PayNow (UEN: 52988243D ) and direct bank transfers (DBS Business: 0720226127) are not automated. Payment made after operating hours (Mon-Fri: 10am to 6pm, exclude public holidays) will be acknowledged the next working day.
