A smoky, creamy sexy mess. Cake and ice-cream met, went on a couple of hot dates, probably streamed some Netflix, drank some whisky then went all Marvin Gaye and got it on. This is their Love Child. So Fork It and have a Love Child of your own.

This is Basque Burnt Cheesecake inspired. Full disclosure, no cheese from Basque was used, just good ole Philly.

How we work
Fork It will announce weekly menus and bakes on Sundays with limited quantity for the following week’s Thursday, Friday and Saturday. So watch out for that (along with the weight you’re most likely to gain) and punch your orders in through our website. We cannot bake and sell everyday, ok? … because we still have regular corporate jobs to do!
